双层摇床Double Shaker

适用于钨、锡、钽铌、金、铁、锰和其它稀有金属、黑色金属、有色金属、贵重金属等矿石和煤的选别。。本产品由原地矿部唯一指定企业生产，执行行业标准。

传统摇床占地面积大，处理量较低，客户投资增大，双层摇床占地面积不便，处理量大，设备成本低，

该双层摇床可用扫选、精选等不同作业，选别粗砂（2-0.5毫米），细砂（0.5-0.74）、矿泥（0.074）等不同粒级，

摇面结构有粗砂、细砂、矿泥之分，具体分有46槽、60槽双曲波、60槽单曲波、80槽、90槽、110槽、120槽、抬浮床面等，材质分别有玻璃钢或木质摇床面。

床头一样采用双曲摇杆机构，弹簧盒在摇床箱外、曲轴、拉杆、弹簧、摇杆等加大尺寸，材质未变。上下层尺寸均为1823/1558/4520.上下层床面共用下层床面的一套调坡装置，采用摇动衬板支撑，
